1. Introduction

By accessing and using this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Townplex's relationship with you in relation to this website and its services within the jurisdiction of Nepal.

2. Real Estate Regulations (Nepal)

In accordance with the laws of Nepal, all property listings on Townplex must comply with the Land Act and relevant municipal bylaws. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided regarding land ownership (Lalpurja), measurements, and boundaries is accurate and legally verifiable.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide genuine contact information.
• Property owners must have the legal right to sell or rent the listed properties.
• Any fraudulent activity or violation of the Electronic Transactions Act (2063) will result in immediate account termination and legal reporting to the Nepal Police Cyber Bureau.

4. Limitation of Liability

Townplex acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We do not personally verify every property on the ground. Users are strongly advised to perform their own due diligence, including site visits and legal document verification (Malpot office verification), before making any financial commitments.

5. Service Fees

Townplex may charge fees for premium listings or property detail unlocks as outlined in our Pricing page. These fees are inclusive of applicable VAT as per the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) of Nepal.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
